We are huge Pilates fans and we're so glad RECESS is now available in the Denver area at Pilates Evolution. The amazing owner, Natalie, was inspired by her step-sister (also a Pilates studio owner) and is now taking her turn inspiring other female business owners.
What's your daily routine?
COFFEE, workout, work, more coffee, more work, family time!
What's your favorite healthy habit?
Afternoon protein smoothie with Matcha - it keeps me going when I hit a wall in the afternoon.
What inspired you to start Pilates Evolution?
My step-sister, Heather (owner of Pilates Platinum)! She opened her 1st in Hollywood, and after I went to visit I realized Denver needed Lagree! Here I am 11 years later with 3 studios :)
Favorite workout that's not your own?
One of my instructors is my personal trainer and she knows my body and mixes it up every week.
Biggest challenge you've faced in work or life?
Keeping everyone happy! I am not happy unless I know everyone around me is happy - it's not always easy!
What inspires you?
Other moms who are small business owners - it is hard work and I love seeing others like me succeed!
What's your spirit animal and why?
LOL, no idea so I took an online quiz....I am an owl - no idea why! haha!
